Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v prodajalnah podjetja x. Teoretični del diplomskega dela predstavlja dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, saj so ti pomembni za učinkovitost in uspešnost podjetja. Ti dejavniki so delovni čas, delovni prostor, varnost zaposlitve, varnost pri delu, medsebojni odnosi, nagrajevanje, motivacija, zadovoljstvo z vodenjem, razvojem in napredovanjem. Od dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu, sta odvisna absentizem in fluktuacija v podjetju. Tako smo v nadaljevanju predstavili vrste, vzroke in način izračuna stopnje absentizma in fluktuacije. Empirični del zajema analizo absentizma in fluktuacije za leti 2011 in 2012, ter raziskavo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v prodajalnah podjetja x. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da se nezadovoljstvo kaže predvsem pri delovnem času, nagrajevanju, motiviranju, napredovanju in dodatnem izobraževanju. Rezultati raziskave so nam pokazali, da zaposlenim ne ustreza delovni čas v podjetju in da jih moti delo ob vikendih ter praznikih. Pri nagrajevanju je problem v plačilu zaposlenih, saj menijo, da plača, ki jo prejemajo, ni ustrezna in jim ne omogoča dostojnega življenja. Nagrade zaposlene spodbujajo k bolj učinkovitem opravljanju dela, vendar pa jih s tem premalo motivirajo. V prodajalnah podjetja x zaposleni niso zadovoljni z napredovanjem, prav tako pa jim ne omogočajo dodatnega izobraževanja. Na podlagi rezultatov raziskave so v nadaljevanju podani predlogi za izboljšanje stanja.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we discussed employee satisfaction in the company x stores. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the factors that influence employee satisfaction, as they are important for the efficiency and success of the company. These factors include working time, working space, job security, safety, relationships, reward, motivation, satisfaction with the management, development and promotions. Of the factors of employee satisfaction at work depend on absenteeism and fluctuation in the company. So we proceeded to introduce types, causes and manner of calculating the rate of absenteeism and fluctuation. The empirical part consists of the analysis of absenteeism and fluctuation for the years 2011 and 2012, and a survey of employee satisfaction in the company x stores. The results showed that dissatisfaction is mainly reflected in the working time, remuneration, motivation, promotion and further education. When the factors of satisfaction were calculated we get the following results. Working time does not suit employees or working on weekends and public holidays. In awarding the problem is the salary of employees, as they believe that salary they receive is inadequate and does not allow them a decent lifestyle. Rewards encourage employees to perform their work more efficiently, but it does not adequately motivate them. the stores of company x the employees are not satisfied with the promotions and do not allow them additional training.
