Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek optimizacije zvarnega spoja med povezovalno cevjo in drogom. Zvarni spoj med cevjo in pločevino je za avtomobilsko industrijo zelo pomemben, saj se s z njim srečujemo praktično pri vsakem sklopu avtomobila. V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni trije koncepti in opis modeliranja. Sledi opis robnih pogojev uporabljenih pri analizi. Na koncu pa so predstavljeni rezultati numerične analize z metodo končnih elementov.

Secondary abstract: This diploma work presents the process of optimizing the welded joint between the connecting tube and rod. Welded joint between the pipe and sheet metal is very important for the automotive industry, because it is meet virtually in every part of the car. The thesis presents three concepts and description of the modeling. Followed by description of boundary conditions used in analysis. In the conclusion results of numerical analysis by the finite element method are presented.
