Abstract
V diplomski nalogi opredeljujemo pomen konfliktov in njihovo reševanje v organizaciji. V vsaki organizaciji kdaj naletimo na konfliktno situacijo. Konflikti nastanejo zaradi nasprotij interesov med posamezniki ali skupinami. Lahko bi rekli, da konflikti slabšajo in zavirajo poslovanje organizacij, kar se lahko kaže v nemotiviranosti zaposlenih, neproduktivnosti ali celo neuspešnosti organizacij. Sprejeti jih moramo kot nekaj vsakdanjega in naravnega, česar se ne moremo izogniti. Ključnega pomena je, da se organizacija zaveda prisotnosti konfliktov, biti sposobna prepoznati konfliktne situacije, njihove vzroke, se na konflikte pravočasno in pravilno odzvati in jih uspešno reševati. Organizacija mora pri tem misliti na skupne rešitve, ki bodo vsem udeležencem prinesle največ koristi ter pozitivne posledice organizaciji. Diplomsko nalogo zaključujemo s podrobno analizo reševanja konfliktov, ki se pojavljajo v organizacijah.

This diploma paper defines the significance of conflicts and conflict resolution within an organisation. Conflicts occasionally arise in every organisation, due to divergent interests of individuals or groups. It could be stated that conflicts undermine and impede the smooth operation of organisations, which can be reflected in low levels of motivation among employees, and low productivity or even failure of organisations. Conflicts should be accepted as a commonplace and natural phenomenon that can't be avoided. It is crucial for any organisation to be aware of this fact and to be able to identify conflicts and their causes as soon as they arise, as well as have the skills to respond in time and in a suitable manner, in order to resolve them successfully. An organisation should endeavour to reach common solutions that benefit all participants as much as possible and have a positive effect on the organisation as a whole. The diploma paper concludes with an in-depth analysis of conflict resolution within organizations. |
