Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Izobraževanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih v logistiki smo želeli s pomočjo teoretičnih virov in intervjuja ugotoviti, kako pomembno vpliva izobraževanje in usposabljanje na posameznika in organizacijo. Na splošno smo opredelili pojem in pomen logistike ter pojasnili vlogo logistike v podjetjih. Podrobno smo razložili izobraževanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih, cilje, oblike in vrste izobraževanja, cilje ter faze usposabljanja in ugotovili potrebo po usposabljanju. Temeljito smo predstavili podjetje DHL Express GmbH iz Nemčije, ugotovili pomen izobraževanja in usposabljanja za organizacijo ter urejanje kariere. S pomočjo intervjuja smo ugotavljali kakšno vlogo in pomen podjetje nameni izobraževanju in usposabljanju zaposlenih ter kako pozitivno oziroma negativno le-to vpliva na njih. Zaključni del predstavlja analizo in interpretacijo intervjuja z zaposlenimi ter predloge za morebitne izboljšave za v prihodnje.

Secondary abstract: In this work entitled Education and training of employees in logistics our goal was to determine, based upon theoretical sources and an interview, the importance of education and training to the individual and organization. We defined the concept and importance of logistics and also clarified the role of logistics in enterprises. The education and training of employees, goals, forms and types of education as well as objectives and phases of training were explained in detail and the need for training was determined. We thoroughly presented the company DHL Express (Germany) and established the importance of education and training for the organization and to further one’s career. Interview was used to evaluate education and training, its positive and negative effects, through the eyes of an employee. Final section presents an analysis and interpretation of the interview with the employee and suggestions for possible improvements in the future.
