Abstract
V preteklosti so ponavadi na klimo delovali spontano, kar pa se je zelo razlikovalo od organizacije do organizacije. Ko pa so začeli spoznavati njen močan vpliv na delovanje organizacije, so jo začeli podrobneje proučevati. V današnjem času torej organizacije posvečajo vse večjo pozornost organizacijski klimi. In prav je tako, kajti dejansko je zelo pomembna za uspešno delovanje organizacije. Proučevanje organizacijske klime se je tako začelo bliskovito razvijati. Zelo vzpodbuden pa je tudi podatek, da se vse več organizacij odloča za njeno merjenje, kajti na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov lahko potem organizacije primerno ukrepajo. Organizacijska klima je tako postala pomembno orodje pri vodenju organizacije. Zelo močno pa je odvisna od načina vodenja v posamezni organizaciji.
Od organizacijske kulture je odvisno ravnanje z ljudmi pri delu, kar pa vpliva na organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Pomembno je, da se organizacije zavedajo pomembnosti zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Kader je namreč tisti faktor, ki jim lahko prinese konkurenčno prednost, kajti vse druge stvari so lažje posnemljive.

In the past they usually acted spontaneously about the climate, which was very different from organization to organization. When they had realized its strong influence on the operation of the organization, they started to study it in more details. Therefore in these days organizations pay more and more attention to the organizational climate. And so be it, since it is very important for successful operating of the organization. That is why studying the organizational climate has increased rapidly. Very encouraging is also the data about more and more organizations deciding for its measuring, because on the basis of the obtained results they can act properly. That is how the organizational climate has become an important tool at the organization managing. It still strongly depends on the way of managing in each organization.
Treating people at work depends on the organizational culture, which has the influence on the organizational climate and the employee satisfaction. It is important for organizations to realize the importance of the employee satisfaction. Skilled workers are the factor that can bring them a competitive advantage, since all other things can be copied easily. |
