Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo najprej zaradi razjasnitve pojmov opisali elektronsko poslovanje in elektronsko bančništvo, oblike elektronskega bančništva ter njegov razvoj in rabo. Predstavil sem tudi storitve elektronskega bančništva kot so bančni avtomati, plačilne kartice, spletno bančništvo, mobilno bančništvo in telefonsko bančništvo. V nadaljevanju smo opisali tudi prednosti in slabosti elektronskega bančništva za komitenta in banko in predstavili banko Novo KBM ter nekatere storitve, ki jih ponuja svojim komitentom.
Elektronsko bančništvo je ena izmed najpogosteje uporabljenih oblik komuniciranja z banko in komitentom ponuja dostop do poslovanja 24 ur na dan, vse dni v tednu. Poslujejo lahko od kjerkoli, s tem pa se zmanjšajo tudi čakalne vrste. Zaradi manjšega obsega papirnatih opravil je bankam omogočeno hitrejše in učinkovitejše servisiranje strank.
Stranke so se razvadile in imajo vedno večje potrebe, želje in pričakovanja glede bančnih storitev, zato zahtevajo kakovostne, hitre in varne storitve in to jim elektronsko bančništvo danes že lahko omogoča.

Secondary abstract: |
Because of different concepts and service developments we first described electronic commerce and electronic banking, the types of electronic banking, its development and use of electronic banking. We also presented services of electronic banking like dispensing machine, paycards, internet banking, mobile banking and telephone banking. Further, we described the advantages and disadvantages of electronic banking for customers and banks and presented the bank Nova KBM and some of their services for its commissioners.
Electronic banking is one of the most common ways to communicate with bank. It offers commissioners access to operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One can operate from anywhere, which also reduces waiting in line. Because the extent of paperwork is each day smaller, banks are able to satisfy their clients faster and more efficent.
Customers have become accustomed to the modern way of doing business and they have increasing needs, wishes and expectations about certain banking services. They require high-quality, fast and secure services and this can nowadays be provided by electronic banking. |
