Slovenian enterprise case
Abstract
V Sloveniji so minili časi, ko so na trgu prevladovala velika podjetja, ki so zaposlovala po več tisoč ljudi. Danes prevladujejo majhna in srednje velika podjetja in ravno ta podjetja dandanes najbolj vplivajo na razvoj slovenskega gospodarstva. Če podjetje hoče dosegati gospodarske in razvojne uspehe, mora imeti oblikovano vizijo in politiko podjetja.
Cilj diplomskega seminarja je bil predstaviti, kakšen pomen ima poznavanje informacij, ter kako pomembne so le-te pri planiranju podjetniške vizije in politike podjetja. V diplomskem seminarju smo naša teoretična izhodišča podkrepili s primerom slovenskega podjetja IPURS d.o.o., ki se ukvarja s ponudbo informacijskih rešitev za eksterno in interno logistiko.
Prvi del diplomskega seminarja se je nanašal na opredelitev teoretičnih izhodišč za planiranje podjetniške vizije in politike podjetja po MER modelu integralnega managementa. V drugem delu diplomskega seminarja smo na praktičnem primeru podjetja IPURS d.o.o. prikazali, kako lahko podjetje s pomočjo zbranih informacij in uporabljenih analiz oblikuje čim bolj ustrezno in realno vizijo ter politiko podjetja.

In Slovenia are gone times when the market dominated by large companies, which employed several thousand people. Today the market is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises up to 250 employees. These companies are today the most influence on the development of the Slovenian economy. If a company wants to achieve economic success and development must be formulated vision and enterprise policy.
The goal of my graduate seminar was to present the significance of the knowledge of the information and how the information is important in planning enterprise vision and policy. In the graduate seminar, we underscore our theoretical starting point of the case Slovenian company IPURS Ltd., which is engaged in offering IT solutions for external and internal logistics.
The first part of the graduate seminar was to identify theoretical basis for planning enterprise vision and business policy by MER Model of Integral Management. In the second part of the graduate seminar we have presented a case study companies IPURS Ltd. In this case, we show how the enterprise with the help of information and analysis, develop a realistic vision and policy of the enterprise. |
