Zdravstvena nega pacienta pri koronarografiji

Abstract

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo zdravstveno nego pacienta pri koronarografiji. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti koronarografijo, ki se uporablja kot temeljna preiskava za ugotavljanje nepravilnosti na koronarnem ožilju in srčni mišici ter prirojenih in pridobljenih srčnih napak ter zdravstveno nego pri tej preiskavi. V diplomskem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno oziroma opisno metodo dela. Predstavili smo zgodovino razvoja koronarografije, anatomijo koronarnega ožilja, opisali smo kateterizacijski laboratorij, psihično in fizično pripravo pacienta na koronarografijo, vlogo medicinske sestre med koronarografijo, spremljanje pacienta med preiskavo in zdravstveno nego po koronarografiji. Izpostavili smo tudi možne zaplete pred, med in po preiskavi in možne zaplete med celotno obravnavo pacienta. Opisali smo izbiro vbodnega mesta in dilemo, ki se pojavlja med izborom radialnega in femoralnega žilnega pristopa. V razpravi smo poudarili pomen preventive na področju preprečevanja nastanka akutnega koronarnega sindroma. Izpostavili smo problem dostopnosti do laboratorijev za interventno kardiologijo in poudarili vlogo medicinske sestre med celotno pripravo pacienta na koronarografijo in njeno sistematično načrtovanje zdravstvene nege pred in po s koronarografiji. Na podlagi pridobljenih spoznanj s pomočjo literature smo izpostavili potencialne negovalne diagnoze. Na koncu diplomskega dela smo prišli do ugotovitev, da je koronarografija nepogrešljiva preiskava za diagnosticiranje napak v delovanju srca.

Secondary abstract:	I am discussing nursing care of a patient undergoing coronary arteriography as my graduation thesis. The purpose of the thesis is to present coronary arteriography, which serves as a fundamental test for discovering irregularities in coronary vascular system and cardiac muscle, as well as congenital and acquired heart defects, and nursing care delivered through this test. I have used descriptive method of work in my thesis. I have presented the history of coronary arteriography development and anatomy of coronary vascular system. I have described catheterization laboratory, mental and physical preparation of a patient for undergoing coronary arteriography, the role of a nurse during coronary arteriography, monitoring a patient during test and nursing care after coronary arteriography. I have exposed possible complications before, during and after the test, as well as possible complications during the whole treatment of a patient. I have described the process of choosing the injection site and dilemma, which can occur during the selection of radial and femoral vascular access. I have stressed the importance of preventive care in the area of prevention of acute coronary syndrome occurrence. I have exposed the problem of accessibility to the laboratory for interventional cardiology and stressed the role of a nurse through the whole preparation of a patient for coronary arteriography and her systematic planning of nursing care before and after coronary arteriography. I have exposed potential caring diagnoses based on through literature acquired knowledge. I have come to conclusion at the end of my thesis that the coronary arteriography is an indispensible test to diagnose cardiac irregularities.
