diplomsko delo
Abstract
V teoretičnem delu naloge smo zaloge opredelili, prikazali proces upravljanja z njimi, pregledali sisteme naročanja in uravnavanja, si ogledali načine analiziranja, predstavili zaloge kot del obratnega kapitala in opisali način spremljanja in evidentiranja zalog. Predstavljeni so različni načini vrednotenja zalog.

Inventory management in company EPB d.o.o. |
Secondary abstract: |
Inventory management is a very important operations management function, as a large share of a company’s financial assets is invested in its inventory. To ensure their long-term success, companies must carry out their manufacturing and sales processes so that buyers’ demands are satisfied while ensuring that inventory costs are as low as possible. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of how to optimally manage inventory to ensure maximum efficiency, as inventory gives rise to costs but is also, to a certain extent, essential for the current performance of business activities.
The theoretical part of the thesis defines inventory, presents inventory management processes, reviews inventory control models, examines inventory analysis methods, determines inventory as part of working capital and describes a method for inventory monitoring and recording. Different inventory valuation methods are described. The practical part examines and analyses a company specialised in project implementation and management. The company works on a project basis, so its inventory is also managed on a project basis. |
