diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili, kako pomembne so kompetence in kompetenčni modeli pri uspešnosti in učinkovitosti organizacije. Kadrovski službi in vodstvu podjetja lahko služijo kot smernice na poti do želenih rezultatov, če jih le želimo izkoristiti sebi v prid in v kolikor jih pri procesih dela tudi uporabljamo, saj niso same sebi namen. Naš cilj je bil poudariti pomembnost zaposlenih za uspeh organizacije. Vodstvo mora zelo dobro poznati svoje delavce in jim znati prisluhniti, saj jih bodo le na ta način lahko razporedili na ustrezna delovna mesta in na ustrezne položaje v organizacij in le tako bodo tudi izkoristili vse sposobnosti, znanje, iznajdljivost …, kar z eno besedo poimenujemo kompetence, ki jih zaposleni lahko ponudi organizaciji. Namen in cilj diplomske naloge je bil predvsem s kompetencami se spoznati v realnosti, saj je zgodba v teoriji povsem drugačna kot v praksi. Želeli smo uporabiti metodo 360°, z ocenjevanjem zaposlenih na delovnih mestih in dobiti občutek, kako to poteka v realnosti in kakšni so lahko rezultati. Z raziskavo smo želeli primerjati dejanske kompetence od tistih pričakovanih, ki jih določa vodstvo organizacije, in dobiti vpogled v rezultate in s tem področja, na katerih se zaposleni lahko še izboljšajo, nikakor pa namen našega ocenjavanja ni negativen za zaposlene, ki so sodelovali v raziskavi. Ugotovili smo, da imajo zaposleni na določenih delovnih mestih ustrezno razvite posamezne kompetence. Izpostavili smo tudi področja, kjer so dobrodošle izboljšave, zaposlenim pa smo ponudili vpogled v mnenje nadrejenega in sodelavcev, ki po navadi ostane skrito.

The diploma thesis introduces the importance of competences and competence models on performance and efficiency of an organization. Personnel service and company's management can use them as guidelines to achieve results desired. They are only efficient if we use them for our own good and in work processes. Our purpose was to emphasize the importance of employees for the company's success. Management has to be familiarized with its workers and listen to them in order to find the proper way how to assign them to a proper post or positions in the organization. Furthermore, this is also the way how to exploit their skills, knowledge, inventiveness etc. These are all competences, in one word, an employee can offer to his organization. The purpose of the thesis was to get to know competences in reality because the fact is that theory differs from practice. We wanted to use the method 360 degrees and evaluation of employees at the workplace and find out how they are used in reality and what are their results. The research was used to compare the actual competences with the predictable ones determined by the company's management as well as get the insight into the results and areas where improvements can be seen. However, the purpose of our evaluation is not negative for all the employees that took part in the research. The results show that the employees are competent enough at their workplace. But we emphasized the areas where improvements were welcomed. The employees also got the chance to see the opinions of their superiors and collegues, what is usually hidden. |
