Abstract

V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili problem, cilje, hipoteze in metode dela. Opredelili in opisali smo osnovne pojme iz področja razvoja in izobraževanja kadrov. Predstavili smo tudi oba centra za usposabljanje, delo in varstvo Slovenije, kjer smo izvedli raziskavi. V raziskovalnem delu smo raziskali področje zadovoljstva z možnostmi izobraževanja v CUDV Slovenije, kakšen vpliv ima gospodarsko-finančna kriza na izobraževanje zaposlenih in kateri so najpomembnejši motivi za udeležbo zaposlenih v izobraževanju. Raziskava je potekala s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga razdelili med zaposlene v CUDV Slovenije. Zastavili smo si 3 hipoteze in 3 podhipoteze, ki smo jih s pomočjo programa SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) potrdili oziroma ovrgli. Na podlagi pridobljenih informacij in opravljene raziskave smo ugotovili, da zaposlenim v CUDV Slovenije niso zagotovljena vsa dodatna izobraževanja, ki jih potrebujejo za svoje delo, s pojavom gospodarsko-finančne krize pa so se te možnosti še dodatno omejile. V zaključnem delu smo predstavili in opisali predloge, za katere menimo, da bi lahko izboljšali pogoje izobraževanja zaposlenih v CUDV Slovenije. Kot glavne rešitve smo navedli izobraževalni koncept benchlearninga, organiziranje dobrodelnega bazarja in letni razgovor zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: In the theoretical part we present the problem, the objectives, the hypothesis and working methods. We define and describe essential concepts in the field of human resource development and education. We also present both Slovenian Training, labour and care centers where our research was conducted. In the research part we explored the field of satisfaction with education feasibility at the Training, labour and care centers of Slovenia, the influence of the economic and financial crisis on education of employees and their principal motives for participation in these centers` educational programmes. The research was conducted through a survey questionnaire which was distributed to the employees at the Training, labour and care centers. We have set ourselves 3 hypothesis and 3 sub-hypothesis to either verify or deny by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). On the basis of the information obtained and research conducted we have reached the conclusion that the employees at the Training, labour and care centers are not guaranteed all necessary additional education and that the economic and financial crisis has limited these possibilities even further. In the final part we present and describe our suggestions which would in our opinion enchance the conditions for education of employees at the Training, labour and care centers of Slovenia. We have indicated the educational concept of benchlearning, organizing of charity bazaars and yearly interviews with the employees as our main solutions.
