Abstract

Z uspešnim uvajanjem 5S metode v podjetje oziroma v proizvodnjo, smo dosegli urejenost delovnih mest, tako v pisarnah, kakor tudi v proizvodnji. S tem smo v proizvodnji pripravili pogoje za uvedbo SMED metode, s katero smo dosegli bistveno skrajšanje časa menjav, med posameznimi vrstami izplakovalnikov na montažni liniji za izdelavo izplakovalnikov. Skupni vzorec obeh metod, bomo kasneje prenesli na vse montažne linije, kakor tudi na vse brizgalne stroje za brizganje iz plastičnega granulata, kjer menjave, glede na časovni potek, trajajo dlje časa. Sam čas menjave med posameznimi vrstami izplakovalnikov traja 35 minut, ker smo skrajšali čas menjave na 5 minut, smo s tem povečali storilnost na montažni liniji za 150 izplakovalnikov. Ob uvedbi obeh metod, smo upoštevali vse varnostne zahteve, standarde in predpise delovnih mest, ter ergonomijo dela, za delavce na tej montažni liniji.

Secondary title: Introduction of 5S and SMED methods to the toilet cisterns assembly line
Secondary abstract: The introduction of the 5S method into the production of the company increased the order in offices and also in the production areas. The 5S method was used to prepare optimal conditions to establish the SMED method that shortened the time between exchanges of different toilet cisterns types on the assembly line. Both methods will be used on all other assembly lines and also on injection molding machines to spray granulate, as exchanges in those operations are time intensive. The exchange between two different toilet cisterns types took about 35 minutes and was shortened to 5 minutes which caused an increase of production by additional 150 toilet cisterns per one assembly line. All production standards, production regulations, safety regulations and labour ergonomy were considered when incorporating both methods
