Abstract

Magistrsko delo se osredotoča na oblikovanje in izdelavo drsalne površine kosilnega grebena traktorske kosilnice. Predstavljen je proces oblikovanja optimalne površine za košnjo po razmočenih terenih, kjer se je v praksi pojavljalo največ problemov. Prikazane so metode, uporabljene pri oblikovanju in izdelavi drsnikov za novo izvedbo varjenega kosilnega grebena. Prikazana pa je še optimizacija oblike obstoječega kosilnega grebena z upoštevanjem prvin novih drsnikov. Skozi nalogo so predstavljene metode vzvratnega inženirstva, modeliranja, hitre izdelave prototipov, optimizacije površin za izdelavo preoblikovalnega orodja, analiza ustreznosti preoblikovanih površin in metode testiranja prototipov. Nova oblika drsalne površine prikazuje optimiran odkos in odvajanje nečistoč preko grebena v vseh pogojih dela. Podano pa je izhodišče za razvoj novega tipa kosilnih grebenov pri podjetju SIP Strojna industrija.

Secondary title: Design of a sliding surface on tractor mower
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis focuses on the design and development of the skid plate of a tractor mounted mower. The design of the skid plate must meet the harshest conditions for instance, wet terrain, which is a problem also in practice. The thesis explains the methods used to design the new skid plates of the welded cutter bar and the implementation of the new design ideas on to the skid plates of the old cutter bar. Through the thesis, different design processes are presented: reverse engineering, modelling, rapid prototyping, optimization of tool making surface, analysis of deformed surfaces and prototype testing. The new skid plate should optimize the cut of the grass and accumulate less muck (dirt) on the cutter bar in all working conditions. The basis of this master's thesis is the development of a new cutter bar at the company SIP Strojna industrija.
