Razvoj postopka montaže za usmerjevalec avtomobilskega žarometa

Abstract

Usmerjevalec avtomobilskega žarometa je sestavni del žarometov v avtomobilih višjega cenovnega razreda. V Iskri Mehanizmi d.o.o. smo ga razvili, zanj pripravili montažno postavitev in ga od leta 2011 tudi proizvajamo. Da podjetje najde svoje mesto v avtomobilski industriji, mora biti zanesljivo, dosegati mora konkurenčne cene in visoko kakovost. Vsak posel se začne s povpraševanjem in ponudbo. Ko so cena in pogoji dogovorjeni, moramo obljubljeno tudi realizirati. Za stroške in kakovost je treba skrbeti tako v času razvoja izdelka, načrtovanja proizvodnje in montaže kot proizvodnje. V nalogi smo na praktičnem primeru prikazali, kako smo razvili postopek montaže, kako smo ga vpeljali v proizvodnjo in katera orodja smo pri tem uporabili, da je montaža poceni in da zagotavljamo visoko kakovost. V to delo smo vgradili izkušnje in vsa znanja, pridobljena v času proizvodnje za avtomobilsko industrijo.

Secondary abstract:	The router of a car headlight is an integral part of the headlights in the cars of the higher price range. In “Iskra Mehanizmi d.o.o.” it has been developed, the installation has been prepared and it has also been produced since 2011. If a company wants to find its place in the automotive industry, it must be reliable; it must achieve a competitive price and high quality. Each business starts with demand and offer. When the price and terms are agreed upon, we must realize the promise. The cost and quality of the product should already be cared about at the time of product development, planning of production and installation, and of course, during the production. The project is a practical example that shows how we have developed the installation process, how it has been introduced into production and what tools have been used in this installation to make it cheap and of high quality. In this work we have used all the experience and knowledge acquired during the production for the automotive industry.
