Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je prikazati različne stile vodenja in njihovo povezanost z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih na radioloških oddelkih v slovenskih splošnih bolnišnicah. Pojem vodenja pa je tesno povezan z uspešnostjo zaposlenih, njihovim zadovoljstvom na delovnem mestu in – posledično – uspešnostjo organizacije.
V teoretičnem delu smo preverjali strokovno literaturo domačih in tujih avtorjev. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo, s katero je najprej opredeljeno vodenje, teorije vodenja, stili, procesi in druge sestavine. Spoznamo pa tudi, kaj pomeni zadovoljstvo z delom in dejavnike, ki zelo vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.
Empirični del naloge temelji na anketnem vprašalniku. Z njim smo pri anketiranih preverjali stile vodenja vodij radioloških inženirjev in njihovo zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu.
S statistično analizo rezultatov smo preverjali postavljene hipoteze in raziskovalna vprašanja. Prišli smo do zaključka, da vodje radioloških inženirjev pri svojem vodenju uporabljajo pretežno demokratični stil vodenja; njihovi sodelavci pa so na svojih delovnih mestih zadovoljni. Kljub dobrim rezultatom ankete smo predstavili tudi predloge za izboljšanje učinkovitosti vodenja in povečanje zadovoljstva na delovnem mestu.

Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of the master thesis is to demonstrate different styles of leadership and their relation to employee satisfaction on radiology departments in Slovenian general hospitals. The concept of leadership is absolutely linked with performance of employees, their satisfaction in the workplace and, consequently, the performance of the organization.
In the theoretical part, we examined literature of domestic and foreign authors. We used descriptive method, which was first defined leadership, management theories, styles, processes and other components of leadership, know well what it means to job satisfaction and the factors that have significant impact on employee satisfaction.
The empirical part of this thesis is based on the survey questionnaire. It was the leadership styles of the respondents checked the heads of radiological engineers and their satisfaction in the workplace.
With statistical analysis of the results, we examined hypotheses and research questions. We came to the conclusion that the head of radiological engineers in their management primarily used democratic leadership style, their colleagues are satisfied at their workplaces. Despite the good results of the survey, we provide suggestions for improving the effectiveness of management and increase job satisfaction. |
