Abstract
Zdrava prehrana in gibanje sta pomembna dejavnika v obdobju odraščanja. S pravilnim prehranjevanjem in zadostnim gibanjem preprečujemo debelost, ki je vedno pogostejša bolezen pri predšolskih otrocih. Zato je pomembno, da otroka že zgodaj naučimo, kaj je zdrava prehrana in kako pomembno je zanj gibanje. Družina je prvo okolje, kjer otrok odrašča, zato morajo biti starši skrbno obveščeni o zdravi prehrani in gibanju svojih otrok. Ključnega pomena je tudi medicinska sestra v pediatrični ambulanti, saj ob vsakem obisku staršem in otrokom svetuje, odgovarja na vprašanja in spodbuja, kako zagotavljati čim bolj zdrav način življenja.

Healthy eating and exercise are important factors in period of growing up. Proper nutrition and enough exercise prevent obesity, which is an increasingly common disease in preschool children. So it is important to teach child early what is healthy diet and how important is movement for him. Family is the first environment where child grows up, so parents should be carefully informed about healthy diet and exercise for their children. Crucial is also a nurse in Pediatric ambulatory because she gives them advices, answers and ensures them how to promote a healthy lifestyle at each visit. |
