Abstract

Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela in sicer teoretičen ter raziskovalni. Teoretičen sklop predstavlja osnovne pojme motivacije. Osredotočeni smo na predstavitev izobraževanja zaposlenih, izvedbo ter organizacijo izobraževanja in motivacijskih pojmov ter teorij. Jedro temelji na predstavitvi podjetja, njihove družbene odgovornosti ter vizije. Obrazložimo tudi kako poteka izobraževanje, kakšne so njegove oblike ter metode. V nadaljevanju so opisane motivacijske teorije. Predstavimo pa tudi pomen motivacije za izobraževanje zaposlenih. V raziskovalnem delu raziščemo anketna vprašanja. Ugotovimo koliko so anketirani zainteresirani ali nezainteresirani za izobraževanje, kakšne so njihove ovire za izobraževanje ter kako so izobraževanja organizirana. Diplomsko delo zaključimo z ugotovitvami ter predlogi izboljšav ter končnim povzetkom celotnega problema.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work is divided into two parts, namely a theoretical and research. The theoretical section presents the basic concepts of motivation. We focus on the presentation of employee training, implementation and organization of educational and motivational concepts and theories. The core is based on the presentation of the company, their corporate social responsibility and vision. Also explain how the education, what are its forms and methods. The following describes the motivational theory. Present as well as the importance of motivation for staff training. The research work investigates the survey questions. Figure out how many respondents interested or disinterested education, what are their barriers to education, and how education is organized. The diploma work concludes with findings and suggestions for improvements and a final summary of the overall problem.
