(diplomsko delo)
Abstract

The importance of healthy eating and physical activity in primary school pupils |
Secondary abstract: |
A diploma work Importance of healthy eating and physical activity in primary school pupils describes guidelines for healthy nutrition among children, the importance of healthy nutrition and regular physical exercise. It also describes the role of a nurse when promoting healthy nutrition and physical exercise. The empirical part contains the results of a survey which was carried out at primary school among eighth and nineth grade students. The aim of the survey was to find out the students attitude towards healthy nutrition and physical exercise and to find out how healthy their diet is. We also wanted to know how gender and age impact their attitude towards healthy eating and physical exercise. The results of a survey showed that children do not have a healthy diet and they do not take enough physical exercise. The results also showed that boys attitude towards healthy eating and physical exercise is different than the girls. It can be seen that age does not have an important impact on children attitude. However, nineth grade students take more physical exercise than eighth grade students. |
