delo diplomskega seminarja
Abstract
V našem diplomskem seminarju smo s pomočjo uravnoteženega sistema kazalnika, skozi vidik poslovanja s strankami, finančni vidik, vidik notranjih procesov ter vidik učenja in rasti želeli presoditi, katero izmed proučevanih podjetij posluje najbolj učinkovito in najbolj uspešno. Vsakemu vidiku smo določili kazalnike, s pomočjo njihovih izračunov pa smo presodili, katero podjetje posluje najbolj učinkovito in najbolj uspešno.

Comparison of effectiveness and efficiency of electricity distributors |
Secondary abstract: |
Electric power is one of the most important and the most useful energy that we know. Using this kind of energy depends on different electricity distribution companies which have to be effective and efficient in order to can stay on the market. The first condition for success is that the company offers the right things that can be sold. To be effective, it is necessary to do the right things the right way.
In our seminar thesis, we have been assessing the efficiency and effectiveness by using balanced scorecard through four different perspectives: customer, financial, internal business processes for learning, and growth. To each perspective, we have determined an indicator by which we have judged effectiveness and efficiency. |
