Abstract
POVZETEK
V diplomski nalogi smo se posvetili zadovoljstvu zaposlenih z izobraževanjem v Podjetju X. V današnjem času krize morajo podjetja še bolj upravičevati ceno svojih izdelkov, zato mora biti kakovost izdelkov boljša od konkurence, za dosego tega pa je treba zagotoviti nenehno izpopolnjevanje in izobraževanje zaposlenih.
Namen diplomske naloge je ugotoviti, ali podjetje zagotavlja zadostno mero izobraževanja zaposlenim za njihovo delovno mesto, ter njihovo zadovoljstvo z izobraževanjem.
Prvi del diplomske naloge vsebuje teoretični del, kjer smo opredelili osnovne pojme, kot so izobraževanje, pedagogika, andragogika, izobraževanje odraslih in njihove sposobnosti za učenje, management v izobraževanju, oblike in metode izobraževanja, motivacijo, cilje in kakovost.
Drugi del diplomske naloge predstavlja raziskovalni del, kjer smo s pomočjo ankete ugotavljali, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni z izobraževanjem v podjetju. Zanimalo nas je, kaj je tisto, kar jih motivira za dodatno izobraževanje, kaj jih moti pri izobraževalnih programih, ki jih organizira podjetje, kako koristno se jim zdi izobraževanje v podjetju in podobno.

In this diploma we focused on employee satisfaction with training in company X. In today's world crisis, companies need to further justify the price of their products, so the quality of products must be better than the competition - in order to achieve this it is necessary to provide continuous training and education of employees.
The purpose of the diploma is to determine whether the company offers a sufficient degree of education to their employees and satisfaction of employees with education that is provided by their employer.
The first part of this diploma contains a theoretical part where we define the basic concepts, such as education, pedagogy, andragogy, adult education and their ability to learn, management in education, forms and methods of education, motivation, goals and quality.
The second part of the diploma contains a research part, where we used the survey to help assessed how employees are satisfied with education in the company. We wanted to know what motivates them for further education, what bothers them in educational programs organized by the company, how helpful they find education in the company and other. |
