Abstract

Klima v vrtcu je opredeljena kot vzdušje, ki prevladuje med zaposlenimi v vrtcu. Povezana je z osebnostnimi značilnostmi zaposlenih, njihovimi sposobnostmi, temperamentom, značajem, vrednotami, stališči in motivacijo. Pomembno je, da se zaposleni na delovnem mestu dobro počutijo, saj vsak posameznik prispeva k prijetni klimi v organizaciji, to pa vodi v dobro počutje vseh zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pomen medosebnih odnosov, načine reševanja medosebnih konfliktov in spoznali proces medosebne komunikacije. Predstavili smo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in dejavnike zadovoljstva. V tem delu smo opredelili pojem organizacijska klima ter s pomočjo že opravljenih raziskav spoznali klimo v vrtcu in šoli. V empiričnem delu smo ugotovili, kako vzgojitelji v vrtcih doživljajo klimo in kvaliteto medosebnih odnosov. Raziskali smo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s posameznimi vidiki klime in značilnosti vrtčevske klime, ki se zdijo zaposlenim v vrtcu pomembne. Ugotavljali smo, kakšna je stopnja zadovoljstva vzgojiteljev pri njihovem delu in kateri dejavniki pomembno vplivajo na njihovo zadovoljstvo. Preverili smo, ali se klima v vrtcu povezuje s starostjo zaposlenih, njihovo delovno dobo ter velikostjo in lego vrtca. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da se delovna doba in lega vrtca statistično pomembno povezujeta z različnimi vidiki klime. Glede na pomembnost posameznih vidikov klime pa analize rezultatov niso pokazale statistično značilnih razlik glede na starost zaposlenih, delovno dobo, velikostjo in lego vrtca. Rezultati so tudi pokazali, da glede na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s posameznimi dejavniki dela v vrtcu obstajajo statistično značilne razlike glede na njihovo starost in delovno dobo.

Secondary abstract: Climate in a kindergarten is defined as the prevalent atmosphere among the employees in a kindergarten. It is related to the personality traits of the employees, their abilities, temperament, character, values, views and motivation. Each employee should be aware of their sentiments within the organization and the reasons for them. Namely, it is important for individuals to be aware of their ability to contribute to a positive climate and well-being in their organization. The theoretical part includes the presentation of the importance of interpersonal relationships and the process of interpersonal communication, as well as the presentation of conflict management strategies, employee satisfaction and the factors of satisfaction. A definition of the concept of organizational climate is included into this part and the climate in kindergartens and schools is presented with the help of conducted studies. The way kindergarten teachers perceive climate and the quality of interpersonal relationships is determined in the empirical part. The employee satisfaction with individual aspects of climate and the characteristics of kindergarten climate which are crucial for the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers are researched. The degree of satisfaction of kindergarten teachers with their work and the elements that importantly influence the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers are analysed. The correlation between the kindergarten climate, age of the employees, their years of work experience, the size of the kindergarten and its location are examined. The results have shown that the years of work experience and the kindergarten's location show a statistically strong correlation to various aspects of organizational climate. As for the importance of individual aspects of kindergarten climate, the analysis hasn't shown any statistically important differences pertaining to the age of the employees, the years of work experience, the size of the kindergarten and its location. The results have further shown that there are statistically significant differences in terms of the age of the employees and their years of work experience with regards to their satisfaction.
