diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje
Abstract
V prvem delu smo vzorcem pečne in ponovčne žlindre, s pomočjo volumetrične, gravimetrične in fotometrične metode, določili vsebnost MgO, CaO, MnO, Al2O3, FeO in SiO2 v masnih odstotkih.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF ANALYTICAL RESULTS IN THE METAL INDUSTRY |
Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of the thesis is to develop mathematical models, based on the analytical results of furnace and ladle slag in the company Štore Steel d.o.o. and examine their usability.
In the first part, we used volumetric, gravimetric and photometric methods to determine the weight percent content of MgO, CaO, MnO, Al2O3, FeO in SiO2 in samples of furnace and ladle slag. Analytical methods were performed according with standard instructions, used by the company. In second part, we used the results of analytical part and developed mathematical models of linear and nonlinear regression in Microsoft Excel for each slag separately.
The results showed that if we determine one component in slag sample analytically, we could determine the values of other components mathematically. Using mathematical models could save time of analysis implementation and arised costs. For the most appropriate have proved models of ladle slag, as the results were very close to real measurements. Models of furnace slag had higher deviations, so we disproved some of them. |
