Secondary abstract: | Since 2006 the child welfare education institute Kranjski vrtci conducts regular annual interviews once a year in the spring time. Regular annual interviews are conducted on the basis of general staff evaluation. The interviews include all of the employees of the institute Kranjski vrtci, except for the principal. Therefore she is the only person whom nobody estimates. The problem with the regular annual interviews is the unwillingness of some staff members to prepare for the annual interview. In the thesis we presented the child welfare education institute Kranjski vrtci and the importance of regular annual interviews. Then we used a questionnaire trying to figure out, why some employees do not prepare for the regular annual interview. The survey results showed that the majority of employees prepare for the regular annual interview. Based on the results obtained, we also suggested improvements. |
