Abstract

V rezultatih so analizirani pomiki, sile, deformacije in napetosti v samem mehanizmu. Na osnovi rezultatov je koncept mehanizma ustrezen, potrebni so še le manjši popravki krivulje in definiranje nekaj geometrijskih detaljev.

Secondary title: The clamping mechanism
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis discusses the clamping mechanism. Further, it explains the problem this mechanism solves and the requirements the mechanism must meet. The mechanism’s operation and preloading, which is essential for accurate clamping, has also been planned. Further, the clamping mechanism assembly and the selected auxiliary spring parts have been constructed. In the dynamic simulation the mechanisms with different retention positions are tested, their results and the comparison between them are also presented. To capture the impact of deformation elements of the mechanism the latter has also been tested with the modal analysis. The results provide an analysis of displacements, forces, deformations and stresses in the very mechanism. Based on the results, the concept of the mechanism is appropriate, only minor adjustments of the curve and the definition of some geometric details are required.
