Abstract
Komunikacija je sestavni del našega vsakdanjega in gospodarskega življenja. Njenega pomena se v vsakodnevnem življenju pogosto ne zavedamo. Ne moremo živeti, ne da bi komunicirali ter s tem spoznavali svet, druge ljudi in sebe. Komunicirati se naučimo že v prvih letih svojega življenja in se ga učimo skozi celo življenje. Poslovno komuniciranje je pomemben sestavni del dejavnosti zaposlenih v vsaki organizaciji, namenjeno je postavljanju in uresničevanju ciljev, torej politiki organizacije, z učinkovito in dobro komunikacijo pa si lahko zagotavljamo tudi konkurenčnost na trgu. Poslovno komuniciranje mora biti usklajeno z drugimi dejavnostmi organizacije, sicer je neuspešno.
Načinov komunikacije je veliko. Od tega, kakšen cilj si zastavimo, pa je odvisno, kateri način bomo izbrali. Sposobnost učinkovitega komuniciranja in razumevanja je ena izmed najpogostejših veščin za uspeh v življenju. Pozitivno pri komunikaciji je to, da se je je možno naučiti, saj zmožnost uspešne komunikacije ni vedno prirojena.
Včasih se v podjetjih ne zavedajo, kako velik pomen ima komunikacija, zato ji v večini ne posvečajo dovolj pozornosti. Neučinkovita komunikacija lahko pripelje do neuspešnosti organizacije, konfliktov, nedoseganja zastavljenih ciljev itd. V vsakem podjetju bi se morali zavedati, kako pomembna je komunikacija ter da želja zaposlenih ni samo dobra plača, temveč tudi biti viden in slišan. Če pa želimo, da je komunikacija uspešna, ji moramo nameniti veliko časa. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti in analizirati komuniciranje v podjetju Elesprom inženiring, d. o. o. Rezultati bodo pokazali, kako je potrebno ukrepati in izboljšati komunikacijo v podjetju, da bo ob ustreznejši komunikaciji povečana tudi učinkovitost zaposlenih. Analiza anketnega vprašalnika je pokazala, da je komuniciranje v podjetju dobro, vendar pa so možne tudi izboljšave.

Communication is an integral part of our daily, economical lives, but its significance often goes unnoticed. We cannot live without communicating. Communication enables us to know the world, other people and ourselves. We learn to communicate in the first years of our lives and keep learning throughout the rest of our lives. Business communication is an integral part of employee activities in every organization. It is intended for setting and achieving goals, and therefore the policies of the organization. Effective communication ensures a company's competitiveness in the market. Business communication must be coordinated with an organization's other activities, otherwise it will be unsuccessful.
There are many ways to communicate. The communication method chosen will depend on the set goals. The ability to effectively communicate and understand is one of the most common skills required for success in life. A positive aspect of communication is that it can be learned, since the ability to communicate successfully is not always innate.
Sometimes, companies fail to understand the importance of effective communication. In most cases, they do not pay enough attention to communication. Ineffective communication can lead to conflicts, failures within the organization and the inability to achieve set goals. Every company should be aware of the importance of communication and that the desire of each employee is not only to be paid well, but also to be seen and heard. A lot of time must be dedicated for successful communication. The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze communication within the company Elesprom Inženiring d.o.o. The results will determine whether it is necessary to take action to improve communication within the company and, based on these results, how to increase effective communication among the employees. The analysis of the survey showed that communication in the company is good, but there is still room for improvement. |
