Povzetek

Medsebojni odnosi med ljudmi so sestavni del našega življenja, s katerimi moramo znati ravnati in na katere ne smemo pozabiti. Običajne odnose vzpostavljamo že na začetku našega življenja, pri tem se naučimo komunicirati, pogovarjati z drugimi ljudmi, pomembno pa je tudi, da se znamo obnašati v družbi drug do drugega. Pri odnosih je pomembno, da imamo pravilen pristop do sogovornika oziroma ljudi. To pomeni, da moramo znati zaupati drug drugemu, upoštevati moramo pravilno komunikacijo, znati moramo sprejemati drugačnost ljudi, saj smo si po določenih stvareh zelo podobni, hkrati pa tudi zelo različni. Eden izmed ključnih in pomembnih dejavnikov odnosov pa je spoštovanje. Spoštovati moramo drug drugega, pri tem velja predvsem iskrenost in poštenost. Poleg tega pa moramo tudi znati vzpodbujati ljudi, jim stati ob strani, predvsem pa pomagati kolikor se le da. Poznamo več različnih medsebojnih odnosov med ljudmi. Ti odnosi so lahko prijateljski, odnosi v družini, odnosi med partnerji, odnosi z javnostmi, odnosi s sosedi, odnosi v prometu, zelo pomembni pa tudi odnosi na delovnem mestu pri delu posameznikov v službi . To so odnosi, s katerimi se srečujemo vsakodnevno in na katere ne smemo pozabiti. Na delu se srečujemo z odnosi med nadrejenimi in podrejenimi in hkrati tudi s tistimi, ki vodijo organizacijo in same zaposlene. Odnosi med sodelavci so pomembni, saj z njimi preživljamo večino časa, nekateri se z njimi družijo tudi ob prostem času. Vsak izmed zaposlenih si želi delati v prijetnem delovnem okolju, da prihaja z veseljem na delo, se razume s sodelavci, si medsebojno pomagajo in zaupajo, hkrati pa postanejo prijatelji. V medsebojnih odnosih pa lahko pride tudi do konfliktov, saj se ne zavedamo kako pomembno je, da imamo dober odnos drug do drugega. Konflikti nastanejo kar kmalu, predvsem na delovnem mestu, saj pride kmalu do nesporazuma med zaposlenimi in tudi med samo organizacijo. Konfliktu se lahko izognemo, s tem da ga sporazumno rešimo ali se mu pa nekateri tudi najraje izognejo. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kako potekajo odnosi med zaposlenimi v podjetju Cinkarna Celje, d.o.o. Rezultati bodo pokazali kakšne medsebojne odnose imajo sodelavci med seboj, na kakšen način komunicirajo, kako rešujejo konflikte, ki nastanejo na delovnem mestu in pa kaj bi bilo potrebno da se odnosi izboljšajo, ter da nastane čim manj konfliktov.

Sekundarni povzetek: Mutual relations between human beings are an integral part of our lives in which we need to know how to act and what should not be forgotten. We establish normal relations at the beginning of our lives, while we learn to communicate, to talk with other people, but it is important to know how to behave in the company of one another. In relationships, it is important to have the right approach to the other person or people. This means that we must learn to trust each other, we must take into account the proper communication, we need to know how to accept diversity of people, because we are at certain things very similar, but also very different. One of the key factors and important relations is respect. We must respect each other, and this is particularly true sincerity and honesty. In addition, we should also be able to encourage people to stand on the side, in particular, to help as much as possible. There are several different mutual relations between people. These relationships may be a friendly, family relationships, relationships between partners, public relations, relations with neighbors, relations in transport, very important as well as workplace relations in the work of individuals at work. These relations are facing on a daily basis and which should not be forgotten. At work we are dealing with relations between superiors and subordinates, and also with those who run the organization and the employees themselves. Relations between colleagues are important because with them spend most of the time, some of them spend their free time. Every employee wants to work in a pleasant working environment that comes with happy at work, it is understood by staff, assist each other and trust, and become friends. In their mutual relations, but they can also cause conflict, because we are not aware how important it is to have a good relationship to one another. Conflicts occur as soon, especially in the workplace, as it comes almost to a misunderstanding between the employees and the organization itself. Conflict can be avoided by making the agreement or solve it, some also prefer to avoid. The purpose of the study is to determine how to place relations between employees in the company Cinkarna Celje, doo The results will show what the mutual relations with co-workers among themselves, how to communicate, how to resolve conflicts that arise in the workplace and so what would be needed in order to improve relations and to produce as little conflict.
