Abstract

Ravnanje s starejšimi zaposlenimi v organizaciji je zelo zahtevno. Vodstvo mora vključevati veliko različnih dejavnikov za uspešno upravljanje te ciljne skupine. Zaradi nizke stopnje rodnosti se prebivalstvo hitro stara. To prinaša tudi probleme, povezane z zaposlovanjem starejših ljudi. Ko enkrat izgubijo delo, jih je težko ponovno vpeljati na trg dela. Delodajalci morajo skrbeti, da starejši zaposleni čim dlje ostanejo v organizaciji, saj so njihovo znanje in izkušnje bogat vir informacij za druge zaposlene. Starejši zaposleni se soočajo z veliki problemi. Z leti se slabša njihova delovna sposobnost in velikokrat se začnejo težave, povezane z zdravjem. V času poslovne kariere je zato treba vlagati v preventivo na področju zdravja in ustreznih delovnih pogojih. Magistrsko delo z naslovom Ravnanje s starejšimi zaposlenimi v organizaciji je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu raziskujemo mnenja različnih avtorjev s področja človeških virov in delovne sposobnosti starejših zaposlenih. Podrobneje proučujemo upravljanje starosti in diskriminacijo starejših zaposlenih. Predstavljamo tudi pomen medgeneracijskega sodelovanja za obstoj in razvoj družbe. V empiričnem delu dajemo poudarek starejšim zaposlenim na Zavodu za zdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije – Območna enota Maribor. Najprej predstavljamo organizacijo in kasneje še dobljene podatke. Zanimata nas položaj in ravnanje vodstva s starejšimi zaposlenimi v organizaciji.

Secondary abstract: Handling of older employees in the organization is very challenging. The lead should include a wide variety of factors for the successful management of this target group. Due to low fertility rates, the population is rapidly ageing. It also brings problems related to the employment of older people. Once they lost their jobs, they are difficult to implement on the labour market. Employers should take care that the older employees stay in the Organization as long as they can , because their knowledge and experience is a rich source of information for other staff. Older employees are faced with big problems. Over the years, their ability to work is getting worse and often start health-related problems. Through the career it is therefore necessary to invest in prevention in the field of health and appropriate working conditions. Dissertation titled Handling of older employees in the organization is composed of two parts. In the theoretical part we investigate the opinion of different authors in the field of human resources and working abilities of older employees. We study in detail the management of old age and discrimination against older employees. Introducing the importance of intergenerational cooperation for the existence and development of society. In the empirical part emphasize the older employees at the Institute for health insurance of Slovenia Maribor regional units. First, we present the Organization and later obtained the data. We're interested in the position and management leadership with older employees in the organization.
