Abstract

Diplomska nalogam prikazuje sistem razvoja kadrov in se nanaša na javni zavod Dolenjske lekarne. Sestavljena je iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili osnovne elemente sistema razvoja kadrov. Opisali smo delovna področja razvoja kadrov, kamor spadajo načrtovanja, pridobivanja, izbiranja in uvajanja novih kadrov, nagrajevanja, napredovanja. Dodatno pa smo napisali še nekaj besed o motivaciji in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih, kar je pomembno za dobro delovno klimo v organizaciji ter vpliva na uspešnost dela. Nadalje smo predstavili javni zavod Dolenjske lekarne, kjer smo z raziskavo mnenja opravili praktični del. Namen raziskave je bil proučiti nekatere elemente razvoja kadrov kot so izobraževanja in usposabljanja, napredovanja in osebni razvoj, vzdušje in odnosi v organizaciji ter motivacijske dejavnike. Na osnovi rezultatov raziskave podamo predloge za uspešnejši sistem razvoja kadrov.

Secondary abstract: This diploma presents the human resources development and refers to a public institution Dolenjske Lekarne. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part we present the basic elements of human resource development. We describe the working areas of human resource development, including planning, acquisition, selection, and the introduction of new staff, reward, promotion. In addition, we write a few words about the motivation and satisfaction of employees, which are important for a good working climate in the Organization, and the impact on the performance of the work. Below, we present the public Institute of Dolenjska, where the pharmacy research opinions passed the practical part of the research was to examine the certain elements of human resource development such as education and training, promotion and personal development, atmosphere and relations within the Organization, as well as motivational factors. The findings we presented in the last part of the tasks and templates that can be used by the Institute in the development of human resources.
