Povzetek
V magistrskem delu prikazujemo razvoj kadrov v obravnavani banki. V banki imajo vzpostavljen sistem razvoja kadrov in se zavedajo njegovega pomena. Pri tem se postavlja vprašanje, v kolikšni meri so zaposleni zadovoljni z obstoječim sistemom razvoja kadrov in kakšne so njihove želje ter pričakovanja. V ta namen smo v eni od poslovnih enot banke izvedli raziskavo o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih s sistemom razvoja kadrov.
V prvem delu magistrskega dela predstavljamo teoretične osnove s področja planiranja, pridobivanja, izbiranja in uvajanja kadrov. Posebej smo se osredotočili na razvoj kadrov in njegove elemente. V tem poglavju opredeljujemo izobraževanje in usposabljanje kadrov, spremljanje delovne uspešnosti, napredovanje in razvoj kariere, redne letne razgovore ter kadrovsko informacijski sistem kot podporo sistemu razvoja kadrov.
V drugem delu predstavljamo obravnavano banko, njeno organiziranost, obstoječo kadrovsko dejavnost in obstoječi sistem razvoja kadrov. Izvedli smo raziskavo in analizirali določene elemente sistema razvoja kadrov s področja izobraževanja, ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti, napredovanja, motiviranosti zaposlenih in rednih letnih razgovorov. Na osnovi analize rezultatov smo podali ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšanje izvajanja sistema razvoja kadrov v banki.

This master's thesis presents the human resources development process in the bank. The bank has a system of human resources development and is aware of their importance. That raises the question of the extent to which employees are satisfied with the existing system and what their wishes and expectations are for the future. As a result, we conducted a survey of employee satisfaction with the human resources development system within one of the business units of the bank.
The first section of the thesis presents the theoretical basis of the planning, acquisition, selection and deployment of personnel. Specifically, we focused on human resource development and its elements. In this chapter we define the education and training of staff, monitoring of performance, promotion and career development, regular annual interviews, and the human resources information system like support of human resource development system.
In the second section we present the bank's organizational structure, existing staff activities and existing human resource development system. We carried out a survey using questionnaires and examine some elements of human resource development in the field of education, performance evaluation, promotion, motivation of employees, and annual interviews. Based on the analysis and results we presented the conclusions and suggestions for improving the implementation of human resource development system. |
