Secondary abstract: | High motivation for teamwork is required to achieve and realize organizational goals. It is a general wish of every company to have innovative and creative employees who work efficiently and accurately and are always prepared to contribute to the development of the organization. Teamwork is important to all organizations due to increasing complexity of work related tasks and greater individual specialization which reduces the ability to solve these tasks. This thesis looks at teamwork motivation and observing the difference in teamwork between two completely different organizations one in public and second in private sector. Additionally we will look if there are any significant differences in employee job satisfaction and their compliance with the values of teamwork. The thesis based on theory and everyday practical working experience. |
