diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov

Meaning of team building in company |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
It is common to hear that employees are the company’s greatest assets, but this is only true if they are satisfied and motivated. With satisfied employees, the company is more competitive and also more successful. The most important thing is not to forget about our employees and constantly communicate with them and let them know that they are extremely important for the growth and development of the company. It follows that it is extremely important for the business owner to be able to take care of the growth and development of his employees through various forms. One of the activities that significantly affects the improvement of efficiency, loyalty, communication and relationships among employees are the various forms of team building1, which are becoming increasingly important in dealing with employees. In Slovenia, too, the offer is of a higher quality and a wide range, so companies are more likely to outsource team building.
The purpose of the research is to determine the extent to which team building affects employees, how they perceive themselves and whether they recognize the benefits it brings. We also wanted to find out the extent to which companies opt for such programs and the number of programs they implement. The goal is also to find out if the company employees are now more satisfied and motivated in the workplace, how this affects their knowledge, their attitude to team building. We are also interested in whether they know the goals and purpose of the team buildings and whether they evaluate them as successful.
The diploma thesis consists of theoretical and research work. In the research part, we used the survey to determine changes in employees according to completed team building programs. |
