    Povzetek
 
Vsebina diplomske naloge se posveča pomenu timskega dela, ki mu družba v zadnjem 
času posveča vse manj pozornosti. Današnji vse težji časi namreč v ospredje 
postavljajo v glavnem le še vse več slabih vodenj, mobing itd. Slabe razmere 
srečujemo malodane na vsakem koraku. Toda vse večji pomen skupnega sodelovanja 
oziroma t.i. timskega dela morda prinaša tiste prave rešitve. Na določenih področjih, 
med drugim v šolstvu, zdravstvu in še bi lahko naštevali, ima zagotovo poseben in 
nepogrešljiv pomen. 
Vsak posameznik je s svojim znanjem pomemben, toda izhajati je treba iz dejstva, 
da je sodelovanje in povezovanje največkrat temeljno. To skuša naloga tudi 
dokazati. Naloga se ukvarja predvsem z razvojem in pomenom timskega dela, 
njegovim delovanjem in prednostmi ter organizacijo. V zadnjem delu v nalogi je 
izpostavljen praktičen primer, organizacija in analiza izvedene ankete. S pomočjo 
analize ankete in teoretičnih ugotovitev so bile preverjane zastavljene teze s 
pomočjo katerih smo ugotovili, da:  
a) je timsko delo v primeru obravnavane situacije najbolj smiselna oblika 
delovanja
b) sta predpogoja za dobro delovanje tima skupno reševanje problemov in skupni 
cilji
c) individualne lastnosti posameznika ne predstavljajo merilo za učinkovitost 
tima
d) je timsko delo pomembna in nepogrešljiva oblika dela, vendar pa gre v praksi 
za nepredvidljivost pri delu z ljudmi in posledično nepredvidljive situacije

            The content of this thesis focuses on the importance of teamwork, as his company 
recently devoting less attention. Today's increasingly difficult times, namely in the 
foreground highlight only the main growing number of bad management, mobbing, 
etc... Bad conditions we encountered at every step. But the growing importance of 
common cooperation and this teamwork may bring those real solutions. In certain 
areas, including education, health care and much more, has certainly special and 
indispensable importance. 
Any individual with his knowledge is important, but it is necessary to proceed from 
the fact that the most common cooperation and integration are fundamental, which 
would also this thesis try to show. So the task deals mainly with the development and 
the importance of teamwork, his operation and advantages as well as the 
organization. In the last part, the task exposing a practical example, presents the 
organization and analysis of the survey. With analysis of the survey and theoretical 
thesis we verify hypothesis with which it was found that:
a) team work in the case of the present situation is the most sensible form of 
operation
b) are prerequisites for a well functioning team are solving problems together 
and common goals
c) the individual characteristics do not constitute a criterion for the efficiency of 
the team work
d) team work is important and indispensable form of work, but in practice this is 
unpredictability work with people and based on this unpredictable situations |
