Abstract
Vsako podjetje ima cilj dolgoročno uspešno poslovanje. Za doseganje zastavljenega se planira določeno strategijo, ki pa mora doseči določen konsenz in kompromis kot so: kaj se mora, kaj se planira, kaj se trenutno zmore. Pogoj je veliko število kadrovskega potenciala, ki popolnoma verjame v končne cilje in deluje po načelih znamo, zmoremo, hočemo.
V diplomskem delu smo teoretično in praktično prikazali kako v podjetju Meteorit d.o.o organizirati proizvodnje procese preko novejših konceptov kot je vitka pizvodnja. Le ta je obravnavana preko celovitega sistema 20 ključev ob upoštevanju zastavljenih strategij podjetja ter praktično uvedenim področjem dinamizacija delovnega mesta.Vse zastavljene aktivnosti po posameznih ključih so podrobneje obravnavane v skladu s predpisano metodologijo uvedbe in izpisane na ustreznih dokumentih. Izdelane so praktične naloge po ciljnih skupinah, ki bodo te naloge izvedle.
Zastavljeni cilji so premosorazmerni vložku. Kljub relativno velikemu vložku skozi sistem 20 ključev v podjetje, bodo večji učinki vidni po delih in merljivi v določenih časovnih obdobjih od tretjega leta naprej. Vse zastavljene aktivnosti so prikazane kot majhni kratki koraki za vsak ključ, podskupino in posamezne točke. Posebej izpostavljamo skupino dinamizacija delovnega mesta, ki je primerljiva s sistemom gradnje hiš, saj le to pričnemo s čiščenjem (čiščenje in organiziranje), vodenjem (organizacija sistema), skupinskim delom (aktivnosti v delovni skupini) in samodisciplino (disciplina na delovnem mestu).

Every company has a goal of long-term viability. To achieve the plans, we must set the strategy, which reach a certain consensus and compromise such as: what should be, what is planned, what is currently capable of. The condition is to have a large number of human resources, which totally believes in ultimate goals and are working according to the principles we know, we can, we want to.
In the thesis we theoretically and practically demonstrate how in the company Meteorit d.o.o reorganize production processes through newer concepts such as lean manufacturing. It is addressed through an integrated system of 20 keys, taking into account the objectives and strategies of the company and practically introduced more dynamic areas of workplace. All planned activities by individual keys are discussed accordingly with the prescribed methodology and written down on the relevant documents. They are made practical tasks by target groups that will carry out this tasks.
The objectives are directly proportional cartridge. Despite a relatively large input through a system of 20 keys in the company, there will be more visible effects of the splits and measurable within certain time periods from the third year onwards. All planned activities are shown as small short steps for each of the key, sub-group and individual points. In particular, we highlight a group of more dynamic workplace that is comparable to the system of building houses, wich is stared by cleaning (cleaning and organizing), management (organization system), group work (activities in the working group) and self-discipline (discipline at the workplace). |
