Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje elektronsko krmilno enoto osebnega dvigala. Elektronska krmilna enota je sistem več elektronskih plošč, ki se medsebojno povezujejo in izmenjujejo podatke o delovanju in stanju različnih sklopov osebnega dvigala. Sistem je zasnovan na način, ki omogoča hitrejšo in lažjo montažo v osebno dvigalo, kot jo ponujajo trenutne rešitve. Omogoča tudi enostavno diagnostiko okvar in napak. Opisan je razvoj programskega in strojnega dela vseh elektronskih plošč sistema. Izdelali smo prototip, ki izpolnjuje večino podanih zahtev, njegova modularna zasnova pa omogoča nadgradnjo sistema z novimi funkcionalnostmi.

Secondary abstract: Thesis describes electronic control unit for a passenger elevator. Electronic control unit system consists of several electronic boards, that interconnect and exchange informations about operation and condition of different parts of a passenger elevator. System is designed in a way, which allows faster and easier installation in a passenger elevator, as offered by the current solutions. It also allows easy diagnostics of faults and errors. Development of software and hardware part of all electronic boards of the system is described in detail. Additionally we developed a prototype, that meets most of the requirements, it is modular in design and allows upgrades of the system with new functionalities.
