diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract

EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN THE COMPANY X DURING THE ECONOMIC CRISIS |
Secondary abstract: |
Motivation is one of the most important factors contributing to the success and effectiveness of an individual, team or a company as a whole. Motivation is like an inner force that guides a person’s behaviour. The level of success of an individual depends on his own knowledge, behaviour and certain abilities to react in particular situations. For a company it is very important that the managing staff creates a working environment that will motivate employees to work the best they can, and for the managing staff to know the desires, capabilities and expectations of their employees. The aim of this diploma is to find out which factors can improve the motivation of employees, and to analyse the state in the company.
The diploma with the Introduction and Conclusion is divided into eight chapters. In Chapters 1 to 6 we analysed the relevant literature from the selected field. In Chapter 7 we analysed the state of the company where we performed an analysis of the questionnaire which was distributed among 50 respondents. The performed research was compared to the research performed in 2007 and 2009 by the Biro Praxis which prepared the SiOK project (Slovenian organisational climate) under the auspices of world companies.
The research showed that internal relations in 2013 improved compared to 2007 and 2009 which shows that the employees aim for the company x to be as successful as possible. They wish the company x had better communication between the managing staff and the employees, as only by doing so the company can become more successful and recognisable in the market. |
