Secondary abstract: | Tourism has in recent years become one of the fastest growing industries, both in our country and abroad. Travel agencies are trying to maintain and improve its position on the market, for which it is necessary to constantly raise the number of customers and retain an existing ones. In this diploma, we were interested in particular how the various tools of promotion affect the sale of services and products of tourist agencies, which tools slovenian agencies are using the most, and which agencies are giving the most emphasis on marketing. |
