Abstract

Opisali smo tudi likovne tipe otrok in likovno izražanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami. V raziskavi smo uporabili opazovalno študijo primera, s katero smo opazovali, analizirali in preučevali ustvarjalno delo učencev pri različnih likovnih tehnikah. Raziskovalni vzorec je predstavljalo šest učencev. Na podlagi podrobne študije otroških likovnih del smo ugotavljali razlike in podobnosti upodobitve človeških figur pri različnih učencih.

Secondary title: CHILDREN'S ART DESIGN STRATEGIES IN THE FIELD OF SURFACE DESIGN
Secondary abstract: This Master's thesis with the title Children's Art Design Strategies in the Field of Surface Design is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. Opening chapters describe the classification of development phases with the emphasis on the period of children aged from nine to ten. The features of children's artistic expressions at that age with the primary focus on creating a human figure are described, because the main interest laid in the children's procedure of depiction. There are also art types of children and artistic expressions of children with special needs described. An observational case study that helped to observe, analyse and investigate the creative work of pupils at different art techniques was used in the research. Six pupils presented a research pattern. Using the specific study of children's artworks, there were differences and similarities of depicting human figures established. The findings prove the assumption that children's art design strategies vary according to the offered art technique. It was established that the ways to the goal and to the creation of the final product are very specific and differ a lot among pupils. The established findings to encourage children to find their own way in order to accomplish the given art assignment are for teachers of fine arts also of paramount importance.
