Abstract

V magistrskem delu sta podrobneje obravnavana različna načina oziroma pristopa izvedbe gradbene jame na že zgrajeni hidroelektrarni Arto - Blanca, v primerjavi z bodočo hidroelektrarno Brežice, ki se pravkar izvaja. Kljub umestitveni podobnosti v prostor imata predmetni hidroelektrarni različna načina izvedbe gradbene jame, zato je cilj in namen magistrskega dela, da se opisno in grafično prikažejo vsi potrebni konstrukcijski elementi za njuno izvedbo in analizirajo ugotovljene prednosti in pomanjkljivosti pri posamezni izvedbi. Z analizo prednosti in pomanjkljivosti obeh projektov je dokazano, da se pri izvedbi gradbene jame z obtočnim kanalom pojavlja manj kritičnih aktivnosti v primerjavi z izvedbo gradbene jame v strugi reke, slednja je hkrati namenjena tudi evakuaciji visokih voda ob kritičnih pretokih, ki se ob izvedbi objekta lahko zagotovo večkrat pojavijo. Prav zato predlagamo, da se tudi pri gradnji HE Mokrice predvidi izvedbo gradbene jame in jezovne zgradbe po tehnologiji z obtočnim kanalom, ki ima po naši oceni številne prednosti tako z vidika kritičnih tehnologij in pričakovanih stroškov kot tudi z vidika varnosti, zlasti pri pričakovanih velikih pretokih reke Save med izvedbo projekta. V prikazani analizi in sklepu magistrskega dela so podana nekatera nova spoznanja, ki se lahko uporabijo pri nadaljnjih podobnih gradbenih projektih.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis introduces in details two different types or approaches in excavation pit completion. The already built hydroelectric power plant Arto - Blanca is compared to the one which is being built in Brežice. Despite similarities in the land placement, these two hydroelectric power plants use two different types of excavation pit completion. The goal and purpose of the thesis is to present in words and graphically all the construction elements needed for their completion and to analyze advantages and disadvantages at each completion. The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of both constructions is a proof that the excavation pit completion with bypass channel needs fewer critical activities in comparison to the construction in the river bed which serves also as evacuation of high waters at critical rates of discharge that can often occur while the building completion. My suggestion is that at completion of excavation pit and dam at HE Mokrice bypass channel technology is used for it has advantages both in terms of critical technologies and expected costs as well as in terms of safety, especially when taking into account high flows of the Sava River during the project. The presented analysis and the conclusion of the thesis provide some new findings that can be used in further similar construction projects.
