Secondary abstract:	IT strategic plan is the process of designing the information system plan that enables the business system to achieve its strategic objectives. The thesis presents the IT strategic plan of the company Megadom d.o.o. The first chapter presents the theoretical framework of the thesis, as it explains what an IT strategic plan is, what its objectives are and shows the formulation process. The second chapter presents the strategic elements of the business system, the state of the company's computer equipment and the analysis of the IT department. The third chapter talks about the organisation of the company, its business processes and the information technology that supports them. The fourth chapter first presents our information vision through specific areas of informatics, but later presents the long-term future of informatics through two information technologies that are new to us. In the last chapter, IT projects are briefly defined.
