Abstract

Sprememba tehnologije, znanosti, predvsem pa časa,v katerem živimo, je prinesla veliko napredka v organizacije in vodilna podjetja. Nekoč uveljavljen rek, počasi se daleč pride, danes ne velja več. Ustanoviti podjetje v današnjem času zahteva vložek nekaj dodatnih tisoč eurov, v veliki meri pa je potrebna tudi inovativnost, saj je podjetij, ki se ukvarjajo z enakimi ali s sorodnimi dejavnostmi malo morje, zato je že na začetku ustanovitve podjetja bistvenega pomena, da ustanovitelj ali lastnik drži »vse vajeti v rokah«, da zna jasno izražati svoje zahteve in dobro komunicirati tako s svojimi zaposlenimi, kot tudi s partnerji. Živimo v težkih časih, ki od ljudi, predvsem pa od zaposlenih, terja svoj davek. Ta sistem piše našo krivuljo vse od rojstva dalje, saj se je čas, v katerem smo živeli prej, bistveno spremenil. Znanje, ki so ga imeli naši predhodniki, ni enako znanju v današnjem času. Tema mojega diplomskega dela v osnovi zajema vodenje podjetja in opredelitev managementa. Manager naj bi bil tisti prvi odgovor za stanje v katerem se znajde podjetje. Od managerja se pričakuje znanje, samozavest, trda roka. Vodje pa naj bi bili tisti, ki se od managerja učijo. Krepijo si samozavest in tako lahko vodijo tudi druge. Svoje podrejene. Na njih vplivajo tako, da delo opravijo v skladu z želenimi cilji organizacije. Kakšne metode za to uporabljajo, je odvisno od njih samih.

Secondary abstract: Changes in technology, science and, most of all, the times we live in, have brought a lot of progress to organisations and leading companies. The saying "more haste, less speed" no longer holds true. Establishing a company today is a rather challenging endeavour - in addition to several thousand euros, one also needs a good measure of innovation. Many companies provide the same or similar services and products. For this reason, it is essential at the establishment of the company that the founder or owner is "in the driver's seat", able to clearly express their demands and communicate well with their employees and partners. In essence, the theme of my bachelor's thesis presents managing a company and defines what management actually is. The manager should be the first answer about the situation in which a company finds itself. It is expected that a manager provides knowledge, self-confidence and has an austere approach. Leaders are supposed to learn from the manager. They build up their confidence and, by doing so, they can lead others, i.e. their subordinates. They influence them by performing the assigned tasks in accordance with the organisation's set objectives. However, the methods they use to achieve this depend on themselves.
