diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Z globalizacijo se je močno povečala tekmovalnost med trgi in organizacijami, zato slednje poskušajo ne le preživeti v vedno bolj konkurenčnem okolju, temveč postati dobre, če ne najboljše. V prizadevanju po zmanjševanju stroškov izvajajo pritisk na zaposlene, zato se povečuje tudi tekmovalnost med njimi. Odnosi se zaostrujejo, stres narašča, nasilje na delovnem mestu, kot pomemben dejavnik k stresu, pa povečuje.
Ljudje vedno več časa preživimo na delovnem mestu. Prav zato je še toliko pomembneje, kakšno okolje soustvarjamo in kako se v njem počutimo. Ključni element delovnega okolja so odnosi, ki jih imamo z ljudmi, s katerimi med opravljanjem svojega dela prihajamo v stik. Posameznik s svojim vedenjem, ravnanjem, s svojo držo in načinom komunikacije pomembno vpliva na kakovost medsebojnih odnosov, ki jih vzpostavlja.
Raziskovalni problem zajema področje mobbinga v slovenskem podjetju Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d.. Osrednji namen diplomskega dela je bilo ugotoviti, ali ljudje, zaposleni, poznajo oziroma prepoznajo pojem mobbing, v kolikšni meri so na delovnem mestu izpostavljeni nadlegovanju, šikaniranju oziroma psihičnemu nasilju, v katerih oblikah se mobbing najpogosteje manifestira, kakšne so posledice za posameznika in tudi organizacijo in ali so seznanjeni s pravicami in zakoni, ki urejajo to problematiko.

With globalization the rivalry between companies has increased, as a result, they are trying not just to survive in given circumstances, but to become good if not the best.
Organizations in order to cut costs put employees under a lot of pressure therefore the rivalry among them increases.
Relations between work colleagues are becoming more intense, stress is rising, work place violence as an important contributor to stress is more and more present.
Because we spend a lot of time at work it is paramount that we contribute to a work place environment in which we feel content. The key element in achieving that goal is good relations among people that we meet at work on daily bases.
With appropriate behaviour, posture and manner of communicating one can substantially influence interactions between work colleagues.
The research thesis that we want to explore is the problem of mobbing in Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., a Slovenian insurance company.
Main objective in our dissertation was to find out whether people, employees, are familiar with the term mobbing, how exposed are they to harassment, emotional abuse, in what form does mobbing manifests itself most often in work environment, what are the consequences both on victims and organization and whether employees are acquainted with their rights and laws that regulate the phenomenon of mobbing. |
