Abstract

Naredili smo zahtevnik z robnimi pogoji in željami. Za posamezne komponente smo naredili nekaj konceptnih idej in jih izboljšali. Za izbrane komponente so opisani potrebni preračuni. Napravo in komponente smo modelirali v 3D programskem paketu Autodesk Inventor Professional.

Secondary title: Conceiving and design of the dosing device for heavy fraction
Secondary abstract: Master thesis deals with conception and design of dosing device, with function of continuous dosing of stabilized heavy fraction. Existing systems, which were partially used in development of the device, are described. We made a checklist with boundary conditions and expectations. There were made some conceptual ideas for individual components with aim to improve them. For selected components necessary calculations are described. Device and the components were modeled in 3D software package Autodest Inventor Professional. Additional effort was made during the design development with emphasis for easier and more efficient production of individual components and final assembly or disassembly of the device. The results, presented in this thesis, are the result of the development of a device, ready for the production.
