Abstract

Policisti prometne policije se med vsakodnevno kontrolo prometa in pri preiskovanju prometnih nesreč velikokrat srečajo s kaznivimi dejanji. Največkrat gre za avtomobilsko kriminaliteto, tatvino goriva, ponarejene dokumente oziroma javne listine, prepovedane droge in prevoz prebežnikov. Zraven teh pa je tudi vedno več vlomov in ropov. Z drugimi oblikami kaznivih dejanj (kot sta na primer trgovina z orožjem ali ljudmi) se pri nas zelo redko srečajo, a je kljub temu potrebno vedeti, kako v takšni situaciji odreagirati, kakšna je policistova naloga, kako izpeljati postopek ter koga je potrebno o zaznanem kaznivem dejanju obvestiti. Pri svojem delu se zraven zakonodaje s področja prometa ravnajo tudi po zakonodaji z drugih področij - v našem primeru kriminalistike, saj morajo pri zaznavanju in preiskovanju kaznivih dejanj namreč uporabljati metodiko, tehniko in taktiko le-te. Diplomsko delo temelji na teoretičnih pojasnilih ter primerih s prakse in je predstavljeno v petih poglavjih.

Secondary abstract: The police traffic police during the daily traffic control and investigation of traffic accidents often encounter crime. Most of it comes to car crime, theft of fuel, fake documents and public documents, drugs and transporting immigrants. Besides these it is also a growing number of burglaries and robberies. In other forms of crime (such as trafficking in arms or human beings) when we very rarely meet, but it is nevertheless necessary to know how to react in such a situation, what is the role of police officers, how to carry out the process and when needed on the detected offense inform. In its work, the next legislation in the field of transport also follow the law in other areas - in our case, criminalistics, since they have the perception and investigation of criminal offenses is applied methodology, technique and tactics of the latter . The thesis is based on theoretical explanations and cases with practice and is presented in five chapters.
