Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je bil analizirati oziroma ugotoviti področja motivacije zaposlenih ter preučiti sistem nagrajevanja. Teoretični del diplomskega dela obsega predstavitev motivacije, motivov ter nekaj motivacijskih teorij. Ker pa se motivacija in nagrajevanje dopolnjujeta ter sta ključnega pomena za vsako organizacijo, smo prav tako predstavili tudi sistem nagrajevanja. V raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili rezultate anketne raziskave, ki je bila izvedena v podjetju X. Njen namen je bil ugotoviti, katere motivacijske dejavnike si zaposleni najbolj želijo, kakšna so njihova pričakovanja ob dosegu zastavljenih ciljev in kakšen je želen sistem nagrajevanja zaposlenih. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da zaposleni niso zadovoljni s sistemom nagrajevanja in da si želijo več denarnih nagrad, prav tako si želijo višje plače in boljše medsebojne odnose.

Secondary title: MOTIVATING EMPLOYEES WITH REWARDING IN THE COMPANY X
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the thesis was to analyse and identify areas of employee motivation and reward system. The theoretical part of this thesis includes the presentation of motivation, motives and some motivational theories. However, since the motivation and reward are complementary and they are both crucial for any organization, we have also introduced the system of rewarding. In the studied section, we presented the results of a survey, which was made in the company x. Its purpose was to determine which motivational factors employees wanted the most, what are their expectations when reaching set goals and what is the desired system of rewarding employees. It was found that employees are not satisfied with the rewarding system and they want more monetary prizes. They are also seeking for higher wages and better interpersonal relationships.
