Abstract

V zadnjih letih, ko naša življenja zaznamuje gospodarska kriza, se je povečala pomembnost plačila za delo z delavčevega stališča in višina porabljenih sredstev za plačilo delavca z delodajalčevega stališča. Delodajalec mora gledati na ekonomsko upravičenost zaposlitve novih delavcev. Pri tem so stroški podjetja zelo pomembni. Pri tem je potrebno upoštevati tudi delavčevo stališče. Delavcem so z zakonom zagotovljene minimalne pravice na področju opravljanja dela in plačila za delo. Različne oblike dela pomenijo različne oblike plačil za opravljeno delo. Razlog za razlike v višini izplačila delavcu je v različnih prispevkih in davkih.

Secondary abstract: In times of economic crisis the price for the work is becoming increasingly important. Various reasons from time to time require increased workload. The employer has the ability to enter into new fixed-term employment contract or in accordance with the regulatory framework to order the work in extended working hours. An employer must take into account an economic justification of recruiting new workers. The costs of the company are very important at that decision. It is also necessary to take into account the interests of workers. The law provides minimum standards of rights to workers in the field of work and payment for it. Different forms of work represent different forms of payment for work done. The reason for the difference is in the various contributions and taxes.
