Analiza stroškov transporta v izbranem podjetju

Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Analiza transportnih stroškov v izbranem podjetju bomo predstavili ter opisali procese, ki se odvijajo znotraj samega podjetja. Podjetje razvija in izdeluje elektronske sklope za končne izdelke na področju malih gospodinjskih aparatov, električnih orodij, bele tehnike in električnih orodij. V okviru skupine delujeta tudi dve hčerinski podjetji, eno v Srbiji in eno v Dong Guanu. Pri podjetju smo se osredotočili na analizo stroškov transporta, ki nastajajo v podjetju pri izvozu končnih izdelkov kupcu. V prvem delu smo problem osvetlili s teoretičnega vidika. Nato smo v drugem delu analizirali, kako zajemajo stroške transporta. Podrobneje smo analizirali transportne stroške zunanjih izvajalcev za mesec januar in februar. Skušali bomo ugotoviti, ali je dejanski strošek transporta zunanjih izvajalcev enak tistemu, ki ga kupcu zaračunajo v končni ceni elektronike. Na koncu bomo podali tudi možne predloge za izboljšavo obstoječega stanja.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis named Analysis of transportation costs we will present the company and processes which are performed in the company. The company develops and manufactures electronic components for final products in the field of small household appliances, electric tools, household appliances and power tools. Within the group there are also two subsidiaries. One company is in Serbia and one in Dong Guan in China. In this thesis we focused on analysis of transportation costs occurred by exporting final products to the customers. In the first part, we highlighted the transportation costs from theoretical point of view. In second part we analyzed, how the transportation costs are being managed. Transportation costs by external transportation company for January and February were detailed analyzed. We will manage to discover if the actual costs by external transportation company matches the costs which are described in final product calculation which is provided to the customer. On the end also the proposals for improving the current state will be provided.
