Analiza stroškov prevoza po Sloveniji v izbranem podjetju

Povzetek

V diplomski nalogi bo predstavljena analiza stroškov prevoza po Sloveniji v izbranem podjetju. Podjetje, katerega smo izbrali se ukvarja s proizvajanjem in prevozom lastnih proizvodov. Pomembno je, da ugotovimo stroške prevozov, ki nastajajo ob dostavi njihovih naročil, saj tako ugotovimo ali le-ti predstavljajo izgubo. Stroški prevozov dosegajo stroške, kateri vplivajo na poslovanje podjetja. Ti stroški so: strošek goriva, strošek vzdrževanja, strošek zavarovanja, strošek amortizacije, strošek gum, strošek dela in strošek cestnine. Z vpeljavo novih rešitev bi uspeli zmanjšati stroške prevoza in s tem pripomogli k večji uspešnosti izbranega podjetja na trgu proizvodnih podjetij. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo navedli teoretične osnove, ki govorijo o transportu, stroških prevoza in dejavnikih, kateri vplivajo na le-te. V drugem delu diplomske naloge navajamo organizacijo dela logistike izbranega podjetja ter potek organiziranja prevozov naročil po Sloveniji. Sledi predstavitev analize vseh stroškov prevoza v izbranem podjetju, katera se nanaša na vozilo izbranega podjetja in sicer na tri različne razdalje prevozov, katera se redno izvajajo v izbranem podjetju s tovorom enake teže. Stroške prevoza izbranega podjetja primerjamo s cenami storitve prevozov zunanjega izvajalca z enako prevoženo razdaljo in enako težo tovora. V zaključnem delu predlagamo rešitve, katere bi zmanjšale stroške prevoza in s tem izboljšale konkurenčnost podjetja na trgu.

Sekundarni povzetek:	An analysis of costs of transportation through Slovenia in a chosen company is presented in the diploma. The chosen company is engaged in production and transportation of their own products. Therefore it is important to evaluate the costs of transportation, which occur at the delivery of orders to see if they represent loss. The costs of transportation are high and affect the business. The costs include fuel, maintenance, insurance, amortization, tires, driver’s work and road toll. With the implementation of new solutions, it would be possible to reduce the costs of transportation and contribute to the success of the chosen company on the market of producing companies. In the first part of the diploma the theoretical basics are given. The theoretical basics include transport, costs of transport and factors which affect the mentioned. In the second part of the diploma the organization of work of logistics of the chosen company and the steps of organizing deliveries around Slovenia are given. A presentation of analysis of total costs of transportation in the chosen company follows. The analysis refers to a vehicle of the chosen company for three different distances of deliveries, which are regularly conducted by the chosen company with cargos of equal weight. The costs of transportation of the chosen company are compared with prices of transports contractors for the same distances and same cargo weight. Solutions, which would reduce costs of transportation and enhance the competitiveness of the company on the market, are proposed in the final part.
