Zaposlitev in osamosvojitev mladih

Abstract

»Zaposlitev in osamosvojitev mladih« je tema, ki že nekaj časa polni ne samo slovenske, temveč tudi svetovne medije, zato smo se odločili, da o tej problematiki zberemo čim več informacij in jo podrobneje predstavimo tudi mi v naši diplomski nalogi. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo najprej opredelili pojme mladi, zaposlovanje mladih in osamosvojitev. Predstavili smo kakšen je ekonomski položaj mladih, njihova izobrazba, opisali različne oblike evropskih modelov prehodov v odraslost, izziv zaposlitve današnjega časa, ključ za uspešen razvoj družbe, pregledali kako je s stanovanjskim problemom, ter kakšne so oblike lastništva stanovanj. V drugem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili raziskavo, ki smo jo na temo procesa njihove osamosvojitve izvedli med mladimi. Ugotovili smo koliko delovnih izkušenj so pridobili z delom preko študentskega servisa, kakšne so prednosti iskalcev zaposlitve, kje vse mladi spremljajo zaposlitvene oglase in na kakšna delovna mesta se prijavljajo. Raziskali smo tudi koliko mladih se je že osamosvojilo in kje bivajo. V zaključnem delu smo podali predloge za izboljšanje stanja.

Secondary abstract:	»Youth employment and their route to independence" is a topic that not only Slovene, but the world's media in general, has been full of for quite some time. Therefore we have decided to investigate this issue in detail and discuss it in our thesis. Within the first part of this thesis we have defined the terms »youth«, »youth employment« and »independence of youth« in more detail. Economic position of youth and their education is presented, along with various established European models of youth transition to adulthood. Challenges which a modern-day employment seeker is faced with, key factors for successful development of society and different housing issues together with various housing ownership models are also discussed. A study on the topic of »independence of the youth« was conducted among the young, and its findings are presented in the second part of this thesis. We have determined how much work experience youth gathers while working through student employment agencies, what are the advantages of employment seekers, where and how the young are tracking job advertisements and for which positions they apply. We have also determined how many of the young have reached independence and where they live. The thesis concludes with suggestions on how to improve the current position of youth.
