Abstract

V diplomskem projektu smo obravnavali družinske odnose in možne konflikte ter njihov vpliv na razvoj družinskega podjetja. Opredelili smo družinske odnose, družino samo in pa konflikte, ki so v takšnem okolju največkrat prisotni. Za razliko od nedružinskih podjetij, so v družinskih podjetjih v poslovanje vpletena čustva. Ker gre v primeru družinskega podjetja za prepletanje dveh sistemov, tudi člani družine delujejo hkrati v različnih vlogah. Za uspeh je tako pomembno medsebojno komuniciranje in zaupanje. V diplomskem delu smo opisali ovire, ki nastajajo pri reševanju konfliktov, hkrati pa tudi strategije s katerimi se zaposleni soočajo ob reševanju konfliktov. Za konec pa smo še predstavili družinsko podjetje Mizarstvo Medved in opisali odnose med družinskimi člani, ki so zaposleni v tem podjetju.

Secondary abstract: In our thesis we discussed family relationships and possible conflicts and their impact on the development of a family business. We identified family relationships, family and conflicts that are usually present in such an environment. Unlike non-family businesses are family businesses based on emotions. In the case of family business there are interlacement of two systems so family members are working in different roles at the same time. For success of a company it is important to have a mutual communication and trust between family members. In this thesis we described the obstacles arising from the settlement of conflicts, as well as strategies which employees faced with resolution of this conflicts. Finally, we have presented the family business Mizarstvo Medved and described the relationships between family members who are employed in this company.
