Abstract

Problematika, kam in s kakšnimi stroški z biološkim blatom ter v papirni industriji papirno kašo ostaja večno vprašanje. Iskanje po eni strani ekološko sprejemljivih ter po drugi strani stroškovno sprejemljivih načinov so privedli do najrazličnejših raziskav. Eden od načinov je predelava muljev s postopkom pirolize pri katerem dobimo še uporaben produkt. V diplomski nalogi je opisan postopek predelave, narejena je poizkusna predelava ter ekonomska analiza z dobo vračanja investicije. Rezultati so pokazali, da je smiselno investirati v tehnologijo v kateri je moč videti prihodnost trajnostne rešitve kam z mulji iz čistilnih naprav. Glede doseganja boljše kvalitete biooglja so potrebna nadaljnje raziskave z možnostjo mešanja z drugimi surovinami in posledično z večjo možnostjo trženja pridobljenega produkta.

Secondary abstract: There is a constant question and the problem, where and with what expenses with biological sludge in paper industry with fibre sludge. Searching the ecological acceptable ways on one side and with minor expenses on the other leads to numerous researches. One of the ways in which we get applicable product is the remaking of sludges with pyrolisis. In my diploma paper I describe the process of remaking. It is made experimental remaking and economical analysis with the time of returning of investment. The results show that it is reasonable to invest in the technology in which is in future possible to see permanent solutions, where with the sludge from purifying systems. In order to get better quality of biocharcoil are needed further researches with the possibility of mixing it with other raw materials. Consecuently is needed to trade with acquired product.
